Kevin was the beloved husband of Jeannie Burke (née Fogarty), with whom he shared a lifetime of love and commitment. He was a proud and devoted father to Erin (Neil) Grove, Kaitlin (Anthony) Gessert, and Molly (Sam) Yasin, always placing his family at the center of his life.
He was also a cherished grandfather to Ethan, Allison, Addilynn, Eli, Teagan, Lana, and Ivan, who brought him immense joy and pride. His love for his grandchildren was evident in the time he spent with them and the lasting memories they created together.
Kevin is survived by his brother, Brian (Lynn) Burke, and his sister, Carol (Kurt) Huddleston. He was a proud uncle to Edward and Emily and a devoted friend to Daniel Surma and many others who were fortunate to know him.
Those closest to Kevin remember him as a man of integrity, compassion, and generosity. His loyalty to his family and friends, along with his caring nature and willingness to help others, earned him the respect and admiration of everyone whose life he touched.

Visitation for Kevin Burke was held on Thursday, July 23, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th Street, Oak Lawn, Illinois. Funeral services took place at the funeral home at 7:00 p.m., with a private inurnment following. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home.
