Four suspects have been identified and charged in connection with the mass shooting at Savannah Williams Park in Madison County, Tennessee, that left three people dead and nine others injured.
The shooting occurred on Sunday, July 19, at Savannah Williams Park on Neely Station Road, prompting a multi-agency investigation involving local, state, and federal law enforcement.
Suspects Identified
According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, the four suspects arrested are:
Rodney Parker, 21
Rashod Parker, 19
Ladarius Grimes, 21
Tomorris Person, 18
Investigators determined that Rodney Parker was driving a white Nissan Altima, while Ladarius Grimes was driving a silver Honda Accord.
What Happened?
Authorities said the two vehicles were traveling southbound on Neely Station Road before the shooting. Investigators allege that occupants of the silver Honda Accord fired multiple rounds into a crowd gathered at Savannah Williams Park.
The gunfire resulted in the deaths of three people and left nine others injured. Officials have not yet released additional details regarding the victims or a possible motive.
